Terms of Use
Effective October 27, 2026. These terms are between you and ETOILEE PTE. LTD.
What Into is
An app that reads screenshots of your chats and gives you an AI-generated read on what’s going on, the messages behind it, and a suggested next step. It’s an opinion, not a fact. AI can be wrong, can misread a screenshot, and can’t know what anyone thinks or feels. It is not therapy, counseling, legal or professional advice. You make your own decisions.
If you feel unsafe, contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 (text START to 88788), or call 911 in an emergency.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. One account per person.
Your content
- You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to process it (including sending it to our AI provider) only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Only upload chats you’re part of. Don’t upload content involving anyone under 18, illegal content, or content you don’t have the right to share.
- Don’t use the app to harass, stalk, threaten, or manipulate anyone.
Purchases
- An unlock is a one-time, non-renewing in-app purchase that unlocks one person for 30 days. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payments are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms. Refund requests go through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
- If you delete a person or your account, any active unlock for them ends.
The service
We may change, pause, or stop features. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers and limits
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
